(From Rettig report) This center began to be used as a secret detention and torture center at the end of March or beginning of April 1975. DIFA agents and civilians from nationalist groups or the extreme right worked here. Testimonies report that torture was practiced here at all hours: beatings, electric shock, deprival of food and hanging torture.
