Advantage Rent-a-Car offers service from the Santiago airport, downtown Santiago, Concepción airport, Puerte Montt airport, Viña del Mar, Valparaíso, San Antonio, Talca, and Temuco.

The Advantage Chile fleet of rental cars includes those offered both with and without A/C and in manual or automatic. Models range from economy size, compact, intermediate and full size cars; to Compact SUVs, standard SUVs, pick-up trucks, minivans and full size mini-vans.

Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license and credit card. Non-U.S. Drivers must also present a passport. Renters from the age of 21-24 may be charged a young driver fee of $15.00 per day and may not be eligible to rent certain vehicles.

Advantage allows customers to make full payments for certain vehicles on debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo on them. An initial deposit of $300.00 will, however, be required in this case. All major airport locations are equipped with hand control devices for customers with physical disabilities.

Advantage reserves vehicles by class rather than by model.
Vehicle are classified by four letter representing different categories.
1st letter = Vehicle size or value
2nd letter = Vehicle type
3rd letter = Transmission type (automatic or manual)
4th letter = Air conditioning indicator (R = air conditioning, N = no air conditioning)

E = economy
F = fullsize
S = standard size
V = van
C = car
A = automatic transmission
M = manual transmission
R = with air conditioning
N = no air conditioning
